Modern Aesthetics

Modern Aesthetics is not reliable and Kayla, the owner, is not professional or respectful of her clients time. From my very first appointment to my last, I experienced scheduling issues on Kaylas end. I included texts from Kayla and photos of our IG chats to show how she would regularly cancel on me. She always had an excuse for canceling or rescheduling. That is still disrespectful to clients who make time out of their busy day to pre book appointments. This is even more infuriating because all appointments must be reviewed and accepted by Kayla to confirm the booking. Ultimately Kayla cancelled my last lash fill and asked that we reschedule, yet never replied about actually rescheduling. In fact when I let her know I was concerned about how booked up she was (causing me to instead need a whole new set) she just tried to pawn me off onto other last artists who were not as busy. I hate to have to leave this review but I want people to know what kind of service they will get if they decide to go to Modern Aesthetics with Kayla. Dont get me wrong she does Great work, but she is very unprofessional. I would recommend finding a different place to take your business all together. I am so glad I left and am now with an amazing lash artist that mutually respects me. Bend Oregon is full of other great lash artists ladies, its not worth it! Service: Eyelash extensions

After going to others places and wasnt happy with their work I went to modern aesthetics and she listen to what I was wanting and she took time to explain that it could take two visit but she can do it, I was very impressed that when she done my eyelashes were perfect,I plan on going back next week,

Finally found the perfect airbrush tan! Kayla is very detail oriented and truly cares about her clients and business. She takes her time, resulting in 100% natural looking color, no streaks, nice gradual fade. Highly recommend!

Seriously, so much talent! My brows look phenomenal. I get them waxed + tinted, the always come out perfect & beautiful!
