Very rude, unreliable and unprofessional service. He claimed he didn't receive my documents when I sent them to his office via tracked mail multiple times.

Very disappointed to have to write this review however after being ignored for so long I feel like others need to be warned. Everything went well until we handed over our first payment. Then Dale's attitude completely changed, he suddenly started to "not receive" our e-mails and documents. We would call his office just for the phone to ring endlessly. Dale Smith failed to supply the court with the correct evidence (even though we gave it to him MONTHS in advance) and this lead to even more delays. After doing some investigation it seems that he was issued a reprimand in Oregon in 2009 which can be found with a quick google search. This was due to professional misconduct and this lawyer was disciplined by the state licensing authority. Needlessly to say we will be following up on this and hopefully he won't be able to scam others the same way.

Dale was completely unreliable in our case and we would not recommend him to anyone. His tone was extremely rude and arrogant. This was an extremely emotional time for our family and I couldn't be more disappointed and upset by the way that we were treated!
