        Customer service in this branch just doesnt exist. I truly despise BofA but the staff in here are even a few steps down from that. Sorry for the inconvenience and asking questions about my money.

        They offerred minimal help to my situation, and a manager came out of nowhere and treated me in a very condescending manner. I left and went to Chase bank where they worked with me and solved my problem.
