He not only showed us what was going on with the vehicle, but instead of suggesting around a $5,000 fix that we couldn't afford, he advised us to sell it. While camping at twin lakes my serpentine belt broke. Turned out my AC compressor pulley bearing was shot. Scheduled to bring truck to On Track next day and Ramone already had spare parts in hand when I arrived. Truck was fixed next day.
