Precision Body & Paint of Bend

They are very good and use all new parts when they do auto body work and Dan and the office stuff where very polite and very organized!and made thing go very smooth working with us and the insurance company but ours did not want to pay their hourly wage so we had to go some where else to have the work done . I hope in the future our insurance company will change their policy because this shop does excellent work and come very highly recommended from lots of dealers and private,car owners thank you Dan and office staff from the bottom of our hearts the Scotts Keep up your honesty and all the good work you do

Bad experience from the very start. Communication we had to call them to find out what was going. Was told door was back ordered. Called Hyundai in Bend. Found was coming from NJ. Was never on back order. The drivers door was bent so bad it couldnt be opened. We get car back the first time my wife puts window down jumps track makes grinding noise. Test window verified problem. After 38 yrs of fixing cars knew something wasnt within specs. Made an appointment and back to poor communication again seems the tech that work on our car called in sick.left it there last night for this morning. I got call damage found on excessive bent door. Needs a 350 dollar window regulator. Of course its not there fault it could have been that way. Professional did a way better job on a bigger repair on the passenger side. Tonight Ill see how bad the window regulator is. would never business again. As I thought it couldnt get any worse more broken parts installed. The big song and dance doing things right. This was a2400 dollar job. Retail for all three parts about 359. As I found its what under the pretty repair work that was completely second rate. Found the inner door handle frame alignment clips broken. Also found stress marks from the accident. Poor attention to detail. During reassembly saw the funny paint work on the hinges and another cracked broken part. This would be funny but at 2400 dollars. Services: Body & Trim, Painting
