After spending 20 minutes weaving around Parkway construction, I was told there were NO TVs for sale here. Was told by the salesman to go to Costco for a "smoking deal".

Appliances were well priced and the delivery team was on time and did a great job. I would recommend Standard TV and Appliance if you are purchasing appliances.

2/20/24 Update: Never heard from anyone after the response from Standard TV & Appliance below. The last time I spoke to the service department, they told me the part was expected to arrive on 2/16 (even though I've been told that many times before). They scheduled the repair for today 2/20/24 but I received a call from the technician this morning that the part didn't arrive. It would have been helpful if they would have called on 2/16 to let me know the part didn't arrive so that I didn't schedule my day at home today. I believe the best way to resolve the matter is for Standard TV and Appliance to offer to exchange the unit but instead I just continue to get the runaround. *************************** I will no longer do business with Standard TV & Appliance. They are quick to sell you a product but when it comes to Repair and Service (on a product that is only a couple of months old), their customer service is awful. Zero communication. I have to call the Service and Repair department every week to get an update on a part that was ordered. They just keep telling me it will be another week. Called their Customer Service/Advocacy department and was basically told they would just be doing "double the work" that their Service Department is already doing so there is nothing they can do to help. I understand that the delay may be from the manufacturer, but I don't believe they are doing anything to try and contact the manufacture to expedite the order. Instead, I get the standard response of "its suppose to arrive next week but no guarantee". It's been five weeks and still no part and a Service Department that could care less.
