I called a couple weeks ago to schedule a refrigerator repair. They scheduled to come out yesterday and by mid day I called and got the answering machine. I asked for a call back to let me know when they would be at my house. They never showed up or called me back. This is unacceptable since Ive waiting without a working refrigerator for nearly two weeks for this appointment. I still have no working fridge and now have to go through someone else.

I gave 1 star because Greg, the repair man, was actually a reasonable person who gave us good advice regarding our unreliable front load Maytag washer. After he was unable to fix it after 2 visits to our house, he agreed with me that paying an additional $400+ to 'fix' more was not guaranteed to resolve my problems and probably not worth it.Steve, the owner/business manager, is another matter all together and best described as a snakeoil salesman. I had 2 conversations with him, both of which illustrated he doesn't care at all about helping customers but cares deeply about trying to collect your money.Visit 1 - Greg came out and charged me $193 for a service visit, which entailed an attempt to fix our washer and to replace a dryer vent hose that had become disconnected. I thought that was a bit much, but was relieved when he left thinking we could do the laundry. Alas, the washer was NOT fixed!Visit 2 - same day, we called them for a second visit under the belief that there would be no 2nd charge for returning to fix something that was fixed on the first try. Greg couldn't fix it on the second try, recommended we continue to try to flush it out due to potential over-suddsing.Next morning we got a 2nd invoice by email for $105, called and asked why, when we were expecting only an estimate for a deeper repair. A couple of calls later we were re-assured it was a mistake and we would not be charged. Fast forward a few days, the charge appeared and after one more email and phone call trying to resolve it, Steve decides to start arguing with me about it. Next phone call to the CC company to dispute the charge.Sorry for the long review, and I can already see his response ('our policies are on our website...."). You be the judge, should a business tell you one thing then do another? Do you think it should cost $293 to get a dryer vent hose replaced and NOT get your washer fixed. Do you enjoy getting into a shouting match with your service providers?I highly recommend that you find someone else to repair your appliances!
