Ive been using these guys for about four years now, we have never had any problems! They are amazing, they were literally the only company in bend that would winterize our lawn without a backflow, then they installed one for us. I would never recommend anyone else!

They've been doing our winter blowouts for years and it's consistently taken the same amount of time to do the work each year. This year we got a surprise bill that was over 50% more than previous years. There was no heads up that it took longer and I called twice for an explanation and was basically told both times that it just took longer this year and they charge by the hour. Up to now, I've had a good opinion of the company, so this is hugely disappointing.

budget for an electrician to clean up their mess. I have followed their work a few times this summer. i felt awful for the homeowners, TP&I staff have no business installing or terminating electrical conductors.

This service does not stand behind their work. They will take your money but their work can not be relied on. Had to hire another professional to redo their amateur work product.
