We recently bought tickets to China with this agent.  She helped us get our visa for China. Then book us tickets after we agreed up on the travel time we wanted. However, the next day, she called us and told us that she found an even better travel hour and price for us! We ended off going with a great airline for an affordable price.  We just got back. Everything went according to the plan.

Huge disappointment!!! I contacted this agency due to their good reviews.  I'm a deaf person who contacted them through video relay service.  They instantly assumed I was a scammer because I was requesting flights from another state.   They proceed asking me if I knew how to text to communicate instead of using the relay service.  I said No since we were already on the phone.  Lastly they said, "Well, I have ten other people I need to talk with before we can proceed."  I am bummed. Was hoping for positive feedback about traveling overseas for the first time.  A little nervous here, but I will be looking for other travel agency, I know there are other agency who would eagerly make my first trip overseas amazing.
