Hands-down, best experience Ive ever had when dealing with this type of service company. Its good to know there are still trustworthy companies that put the customer first and not the price. I reached out to Mian about getting a tow for my car to the dealership since the car died while I was driving the day before and didnt want to risk it happening again. He came in 10 minutes when I requested for him to come! He tested my battery and alternator and found that the battery had died and was even generous enough to go drive out to get one and install it. This saved me a trip to the dealership and a lot of money! He was more concerned about saving me my time and money rather than just looking to take advantage of the situation. I would highly recommend Mian, he was very kind and accommodating.

AMAZING! Called on a Sunday with a car that wouldnt start, he offered to drive right over and take a look. 15 minutes later, I was on the road. Very nice, responsive and highly recommend!!!! THANK YOU!!!

Mian is the absolute best! We had to urgently go out on really icy roads this morning but when we got back, we lost traction and slid/slammed into a high curb/lamp post which caused the front passenger tire to pop off the wheel. We called around and when Mian answered, he assured us that he could come help as soon as he could. He definitely did not need to risk himself or his truck to drive out to us in this weather, but he did it anyways. Very knowledgeable, kind and caring person. He winched me out of the road to a safer spot. Then we discovered that we didn't have the correct tool to get the bolts off, so he went out and got the right tool then came back to help jack the vehicle up and put on the spare tire. Afterwards, he made sure I was in a safe spot parked along the road and even offered to hang out until I had made it safely to my house. I also saw him stop and help 2 other people who got stuck right after helping us! Just super amazing service and a really cool guy! I would absolutely recommend Mian Towing to anyone who needs a tow or other vehicle services

Great service from mian towing. Got to my location within 5mins. Took the effort to trouble shoot and check what's going on with battery. Had great care when putting a dolly on my vehicle and driving to my destination. Driver was very professional and kind.
