        I WOULD RATE ZERO STARS IF I COULD! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Mimi was our tax preparer, and we spoke with her multiple times leading up to our in-person appointment. Not once did she mention the price (though I was originally quoted $150 by someone else in the office) and until she was rushing us out of the door for her next appointment did she finally tell us it would be $315 because of a child tax credit. DO NOT GET YOUR TAXES DONE HERE! They basically use the same format as Turbo Tax and Mimi entered the wrong numbers multiple times. Thankfully, she would show us to double check and we would catch this. On their website there is a no surprise guarantee which apparently means nothing to them. I contacted the number that they respond to every negative review with and SAVE YOUR TIME, they dont do anything. Someone takes a report and say that you will be contacted by someone from management and no one does. Ive called THREE TIMES. TERRIBLE BUSINESS! I will never have anything to do with this company agin!!!
