As someone whos been a loyal customer and former employee of Nike, Im deeply disappointed with the way my termination was handled. Despite my dedication and hard work, I was let go without proper consideration or due process.
The lack of communication and support from management, particularly during crucial moments such as my supervisors absence, only exacerbated the situation. Its disheartening to see a company I once respected fail to uphold its values of fairness and respect for its employees.
While I understand that business decisions must be made, the manner in which my termination was executed reflects poorly on Nikes commitment to its workforce. I hope the company takes steps to improve its employee relations and accountability moving forward.
