I love the shoes and prices (especially clearance). However, twice now, I have shown up to shop, only to find the doors locked. The first time it happened around back to school time, I drove out to another store, and was able to find what I needed. Now, a few months later, I wanted to stop by again today, got online to check the hours and it says it opens at 10am. Get here at 10:05, to find doors locked once again ... Only this time, there is a sign on the door saying they open at 11am. I open up Google again, and it says the company confirmed the hours of operation only two weeks ago. I call the store, and the recording also says they open at 10am. There were 3 other cars in the lot: one for curbside pickup, one a lady getting her kids out of the car and I had to tell her they don't open for an hour, so she had to get them back in the car, and another lady loaded up her arms with what appeared to be a couple returns, walks up to the door only to find it locked too. What an inconvenience to all who arrived. Some of us don't live in this town or nearby, and it takes effort and planning to come to the area for shopping. I wonder how much business has been lost simply by not advertising the correct opening times? Some don't have time to wait around. Hopefully you get it figured out soon, because I do like the deals, but it's definitely frustrating when schedules are thrown off by a store's lack of proper information. PS... THREE!! more customers have come, checked the door and left, just in the time it took to post this. **Edited from 3 to 4 stars, because I did find what I needed, for a good price ... Once they opened up**
