FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

I am in here constantly picking up parts and sending stuff back. Have had zero issues. They know me and my stuff is ready for pick up when I come in. It does upset me seeing entitled boomers getting mad because they cant figure out how to use a printer, and then blaming the staff for their own inadequacies.

Would leave negitave stars if possible! Delivered to incorrect address, when they finally checked for it 6 days later all they would do was send a message saying it's not there. When asked what they where going to do, they told us to reach out to the company. We did that and they put in a case, since then 4 months have gone by and they still won't do anything!!!!! $130 brakes just gone!! This company should be shut down!!!

I shipped a package, from this location. they asked me the value of my package, and sold me insurance for the package. THEY LOST MY PACKAGE, AND WILL NOT PAY OUT THEIR CLAIM

They only printed half my online order. So she was reprinting it when I picked up. I figured theyd just say keep the ones they printed. But she wanted them back. And I was like well if theyre going to just be wasted, why dont I keep them? And she says they wouldnt be wasted because theyd be shredded and recycled. I told her that I could actually use them and she offered to sell them to me! Its an order they messed up and she wanted to sell me half my order. She kept saying it wasnt waste because it goes to recycling. Its not the same! OmgI cannot imagine the amount of waste this place generates. Oh wait sorry, recycling.

This was the 3rd time I've come in to make copies that the employees have acted unfriendly and unhelpful. Today, I had to go back to the counter 3 times. The original helper wouldn't even look at me or acknowledge they helped me the first time. Same with the 2nd person. The 3rd person was the rudest. When I told her the machine charged my card but wouldn't give me copies, she informed me I probably didn't pay. So I showed her on my phone that my bank account showed I was charged, and she told me to get out of her face! Then she said I'd have to recharge my card if I wanted to start again. I counted 6 different employees in the store when i was there, and there were 3 customers total. There's a UPS store about a block away, and they were really helpful.
