Had to take time off from work to meet them and they were over 45 minutes late. Their dispatch said it was because of a car accident but I managed to leave the same area of their office and make it to where the appointment was on time. Its sad they don't value their customers time. I had to lose money by taking time off work to be here for the appointment and it's disappointing they can't manage a decent time frame. Would give 0 stars if I could. Save yourself some time and money and choose someone else.

After a couple of break in's to our yard talked with John and he suggested setting up a video trip wire. This has been the best solution to stop people. It's set up so anyone gets within 15 feet of the building or yard and alarm goes off. It's almost comical, people stop dead in their tracks and walk away. Thanks again John for such a great solution.
