I was waited on by David at Beaverton Honey Baked Ham today. I was very disappointed by the service, mostly his attitude. I was asking questions about the product & bone-in whole, half, quarter ham prices vs boneless pressed hams. David had no patience or knowledge of the product - he only knew the dollar number on each ham. He pulled out a quarter bone-in ham & said $62.64. As I was deciding & weighing options he said do you want this ham or not? Needless to say I was shocked any server would talk to a customer like that. I ask to look at the ham & he said we dont do that. That may be a new policy - I have been shown the ham before without asking. When spending $62 on a 5 lb ham it seems appropriate to be able to ponder the options without encountering an impatience server with an attitude. I love Honey Baked ham but will Never go to this store again.
