        Not impressed with my first counseling session there. Update. 3 years ago I was too traumatized by my first session. The lady who led it asked me if my relatives got me fake documents to come here to this country (no, I came here legally!). She also asked me about some political aspects - I told her many times I did not want to talk about politics. I felt that this lady was brought from a nursing home and she conducted sessions just for her personal fun. I briefly told staff what happened and the counselor left me a voicemail with her apologies.

        They have a mostly volunteer group of great counselors who offer low cost to free counseling and many classes to help those with various issues such as anger management, substance abuse, etc. They have a long wait list but it's worth it! The staff are well trained and in it for the love of people not money! They also help train & support a number of outreach ministries throughout the world. A truly amazing ministry!
