So far Ive had an amazing experience. Kris the leasing agent made whats usually very stressful so easy. I let her know what I was looking for and within a few days I had multiple options that were all great for me. They worked with my less than ideal situation and I'm moving into a nice apartment in a nice neighborhood next week. Could not have been happier with her and I have a good feeling about the company. Im excited and feel blessed!

Ive lived here since the beginning of the pandemic in 2020. I started in one unit and transferred to another last year. Obviously living in inner SE Portland theres going to be issues that arise but I have a great professional relationship with the Tenant Relations Manager, Jill Clark, who has never left me on read. Jill has helped me navigate through any and every issue I have encountered as a tenant. She advocates for us, she is transparent and accountable, friendly and knowledgeable, and she truly is the reason why we keep renewing our terms each year. I know that if anything goes awry, Jill can be trusted to find the best (and fair) resolution in a timely manner. Its a good feeling to know that Im never at odds with my property manager and that we can work together to overcome any obstacles. She is highly invested in the safety and comfort for all of us.

Dont bother trying to sign up here! They will be sure to do the bare minimum as much as possible, and take your money as much as possible. Jill was completely unhelpful in my move out. I had my original move out date set and told the Electric company. Jill asked if I could move out earlier, and that I would get prorated which I did, but was unable to tell PGE that I moved out 7 days earlier. And guess what! My bill came back, and the Anchor NW team basically blasted the electricity for that 1 week. The 1 week I was billed for amount to almost 2 months of what my typical bills are! And Anchor NW refuses to reimburse me despite all the proof. Thanks for making sure I got the bare minimum of my deposit, and for adding the cherry on top of making me pay for YOUR TEAM'S WASTEFUL ELECTRICITY EXPENSE! Always a great feeling to get scammed.

AnchorNw Buildings are nice. Iam in my 3rd Lease. People are nice in my building.

Avoid this property management. The buildings are cheaply constructed with cheap materials. They don't answer the phones or call you back. Elevator is frequently broken. Just a very challenging company to deal with, for ANY issue. And yes, Jill is awful (see below)
