They suddenly said they were so low on money that they have to remove HOA caps, but don't listen to the complex's concerns, and don't respond to emails. They haven't fully addressed and solved any of the issues we have been having with trash and landscaping over the last almost year. They had HOA board members 'scold' a resident for sending a strongly worded email, instead of just responding to the email and handling it themselves. Haven't even lived in our place a year and are sick and tired of them.

Well my review is much different than Cheryl we live in the same community . I can say when the HOA was ran by the people of the community lots of stuff got done for the buildings that the president lived in . The old HOA spent money in wrong places and areas that were not necessary. In these times people are trying to keep costs down but mean while we have the most expensive gardening service and have gave a 10 year contract to paint 200 units. When Shamrock came in I was excited but after dealing with he secretary and management trying to get answers on the way the money was handled and the ridiculous construction that was going on plus the bids that were outrageous high . Several other bids were made on the wall being bid that were far less but when presented to the board they did not want to listen lol. one contractor told me that someone is pocketing money somewhere . I told him it's not the first time lol this has happened . at the end of the day sense Shamrock has moved in to management we now have a 800k lan to pay back that been tacked onto out HOA fees from the neglect over 50 years

My building switched to Shamrock beginning of this month (April 2023). Today, I called them for the first time needing a new key fob or a building access code since my keys are lost, I was only ever given 1 fob & Im now locked out of my building. Janelle (sp?) said they are unable to provide either of these things and will order some fobs, zero date of expectation. When I asked when I can expect access to the building, they didnt provide clarity and are now screening my calls while Im locked out of my building. Terrible. What is the point of an HOA if they dont provide basic access to the buildings they manage?! Terrible service all around.

Hands down the worst HOA you could ever throw your money away on. They repeatedly refused their responsibilities as managers, did no maintenance on the property or grounds as our contract obligated, did none of the yearly preventives, notified us of loss of services after the fact, and never once returned a call or email until I was speaking with a lawyer after they lied about their legal obligation to share HOA information with us. Then they broke their contract with our HOA with less than a months notice and refused to manage the community. If I were you I would highly recommend never hiring them. I would not be surprised if our books dont match up when our forensic accountant does their job next month.
