Service was ok. Brian is a friendly person until you question pricing but did attempt to help me in a bind. I do believe the work that he did was very over priced. He priced changing an outside spigot/hose bib about 120% higher than what the cost should have been. Additionally, he did cut through the sheet rock but in the incorrect area. This resulted in cutting a new hole in the opposite wall that I ended up repairing myself because he did not. Service: Faucet repair

Brian responded to my urgent text on a Sunday night and talked me through some initial diagnostics through photos. He came out next day due to an opening in his schedule and resolved the issue by replacing corroded/rusted faucet bib that was leaking down a wall to the basement. This is a true, experienced plumber who knows his stuff, not just a handyman. There is a difference, for those complaining about cost. Brian came out to fix a chronic problem drain and quickly diagnosed the problem was an improperly installed tub drain system. His clear understanding of plumbing fixed what others just left.

We have used this Vendor time and time again - and he honestly has done a GREAT job with a lot of our properties for our owners. Although he is a little bit on the pricey side, but is VERY reliable and gets the job DONE!
He is freindly with the tenants, and keeps me in the loop on what what is being done or what caused the problem. Communication is key and he can surely do that.
