These employees are doing an amazing job of dealing with being understaffed and under appreciated! The wait times can be long but I go in the late morning or early afternoon, when it is less busy. As for prior comments about rudeness, I find the staff to be cordial and quite helpful, as long as I am kind to them. If one of them is talking with a customer, it is possible that they know something about that person's life that we don't know and are trying to lift their spirits. It is important to remember that these employees of this mega corporation are NOT paid what they should be! They work long, very busy hours and if the pharmacy doesn't have certain meds in stock (which is very frustrating, I know) it is very unlikely that the staff has any control over that! It is a computerized system in a time of back logged deliveries. I think they are doing really well under trying circumstances.

My interactions with the man filling the prescription were so negative Ill never fill another prescription here. He clearly doesnt care about people, and cant be bothered to express an ounce of empathy. I hope when he goes to get his medical care, he is treated the way he treated me. I hope hes given the kindness and respect he offered me (none). -5 / 10 the most disrespectful, rude, awful pharmacy experience Ive ever had.
