        Paul answered our phone call on first ring. My son had been hit on his skateboard by a driver blowing a stop sign. Luckily, my son was not hurt badly (bumps, bruises and scrapes and a lower back soft injury). Paul answered my questions quickly and even gave me some free (real) advice!
