I got a cancellation appointment within a few days with Dr Manoso at their Murray Hill office. Everyone was very friendly and efficient! Matt, his assistant AT and Kayla, his MA were super. Xray tech was also very efficient and nice. Dr Manoso listened to my arm pain symptoms and all of my history, asking helpful questions for clarity. His exam was thorough and then he pulled up my MRI and xrays and went over them in detail, showing me where it was normal and not and how this related to my symptoms. He gave time for me to ask questions. He is a surgeon and he said we weren't there yet ...yaay....but if I can't tolerate the discomfort he suggested an epidural steroid injection and if after that and continued PT, I continued to have problems, he would do surgery. He showed me what he would do surgically, if at some time in the future I need it.

Dr. Manoso appeared to be very thorough and competent. The info received during this consultation was very helpful regarding some decisions I will be making.

I am privileged to share that Dr Manoso is the most skilled surgeon I have been blessed to have for my back surgery. Having had three joint replacements and multiple surgeries, I have never experienced any surgeon visiting me daily, taking time to explain the surgery and healing process and inviting my questions and responses. His character is caring, present, patient, kind and committed to the highest values of patient care & human interaction. As a former department head is a major medical center, I have had professional contact with many medical professionals. Dr Manoso is the most outstanding medical professional that I have encountered in my several decades of interaction with people in his profession.
