Dr. Davitt and Chelsea with the rest of the staff are most importantly amazing at surgery. On top of that they are professional, kind, compassionate, timely, the office is clean and well staffed. And they were able to fit me in for consultation and then into surgery within a week of my accident during a holiday week too! Which makes it especially impressive. I couldnt be happier with my care. I have a toddler I have to bring to my appointments and they are patient with her and give her stickers which she loves. I have had a few issues with their online portal which have all been resolved the same day. They are timely with paperwork and communication. Although I wish I had never needed their services I am really glad I was referred here.

The attendants at the clinic were friendly and very professional, from Taylor who took my X-rays to Amber who was attentive, brilliant , and was kind enough to review my X-rays with me upon request, after Dr Davitt left the room to prepare my PT referral, but never returned. I am a professional mature athlete. This was my first knee injury and I have never had knee problems before this sports injury. My MRI diagnosed cartilage damage that recommended a surgeons consultation. I also believed most of my knee pain was because my knee was out of alignment and very much anticipated my first visit with an orthopedist. However, as a certified fitness and nutrition coach, it only took a couple minutes for me to realize that Dr Davitt was disinterested or unprepared to address my concerns about my knee injury. In his unprofessional manner which mirrored his appearance ( tired sneakers, sweat pants and t-shirt ), he immediately recommended PT and suggested a cortizone injection. I politely declined the injection. I asked for his opinion on the condition of my knee. After briefly checking my knee, and acknowledging the areas of my pain, he again recommended PT. I told him I was hoping that something could be done about the misalignment of the knee, to which he made a dismissive gesture. Even if that was nothing he could or would do, I thought it could have been addressed more professionally. I asked him about the cartilage damage on the MRI; he said he thinks that damage is old. Apart from my MRI question, Dr. Davitt never review my MRI or Xray with me. I asked for recommended PT knee exercises. He didnt ask any questions. I asked all the questions and thought he was either unprepared and/or showed little interest, and appeared to be in a hurry to leave the room after his very short visit. A couple days later I got some pain relief after visiting my chiropractor who help realign my knee. My knee pain has subsided by about 50 to 60 percent and I am performing PT exercises as I await my visit with a cartilage repair knee specialist.
