Gentle Dental: Burgin Eric DDS

I have never liked going to the dentist. I returned to Gentle Dental after going to a private practitioner that was always saying I needed crowns. The only good thing she ever said was I might consider braces because my bite was off. I returned to Gentle Dental and got a new dentist there who I absolutely loved and he said the same thing about braces. I was referred to Dr. Burgin for a consult for braces and could not have been happier with him or my general dentist. I actually had fun at my appointments and I love how my teeth look. I was in my late 50s when I got them. The staff at every office that Dr. Burgin traveled to were kind and considerate. I am sorry to say my permanent retainer broke yesterday and I called to get an appointment with Dr. Burgin and much to my dismay I was told he was leaving. Its going to be hard to find another orthodontist that lives up to his standards. My general dentist left also. Thats my only complaint about Gentle Dental their dentists leave to go into private practice. This is my 3rd time. Ive tracked down my general dentist but unfortunately where Dr. Burgin is going my insurance wont cover. However I would still recommend Gentle Dental. The key is asking the front office staff who they would go to. They know!!! Loosing Dr. Burgin is a big loss.
