Great place to work. The people in charge genuinely care about the staff and the kids. There definitely are some supervisors that are better than others, but I am very happy with the way the center is run. A new center coordinator came in a couple months ago and the leadership structure is a bit different now in a way that is very beneficial to all parties.

I inquired about services, now they call and email me several times a day even though I've asked them to stop. They're desperate for clients and their reviews are horrible.

After reading reviews I am afraid to use this service period, I applied for a position but felt they were very pushy and I have a child with autism and have been looking for a place for her to go while Im at work but after reading the reviews that are scary to me I will no longer consider this place as possible employment nor services for our family!!! Reviews are powerful!

Former employees here first I wanna start off and say I should have known this place was unprofessional just going through their onboarding the trainer made comments in the class all the time about their sexuality and their distaste for men among other very personal topics that had no place to be talked about, secondly they screwed up my hours and I had to wait a extra week to get paid Im also still in the process of trying to get sick time paid when they said they would process it 3 weeks ago. Now onto how they treat families they pressured the family to do 35 hours a week of therapy for a 5 year old that absolutely didnt need that much and in my opinion they did that because they offered me this client with the conditions that I would be working 30-35 hours but the family never agreed to that but the company said I would be working that so instead of them being honest and say we made a mistake they tried to pressure the family into more hours which is wrong! They also make plans and dont tell anyone my bcba would do zoom calls and not inform me just call and multiple times it just wasnt workable me and the family asked if we could make it a certain time but the response was that they had to work the family into their schedule which is completely disrespectful to the family. Im my 25 years in the workplace this is hands down the worst company Ive worked for in my opinion they dont really care about the family they care about money just my observation. I cannot stress enough how uncommunicative they are and how much they try to pressure the families into doing what they want, going to higher ups is a waste of time as well. I would NEVER recommend this company. I hope this helps anyone whos looking for behavioral therapy for their kids

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but my family's experience with Centria Autism has been far from satisfactory. The primary issue stems from a complete lack of effective communication. Queries often fall on deaf ears, responses are slow when they come, and many times they are vague, leaving us more confused than informed. Moreover, their treatment of challenging situations, instead of empathizing and finding solutions, has been frustratingly disappointing. My sibling, who indeed has unique needs, was on the verge of being expelled. Instead of leaning in to help navigate these difficulties, it felt like they were pushing away the challenge. Autism support should be about understanding and patience, not about convenience and ease. Families like mine depend on these services, but Centria Autism's approach made us feel more like a burden than valued clients. Their inaction and lack of adaptability has made an already tough situation significantly tougher. For those looking for services to support a loved one with autism, I would encourage you to consider other options. The need for patience, compassion, and strong communication is paramount, and unfortunately, these qualities were largely missing in our experience with Centria Autism.
