Coach Automotive is highly recommended. They just installed leather for my new Honda Accord and they did amazing work. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. This is the second time doing business with them and won't be my last, I'm sure!

I took my car into Coach to get new speakers, and remote start installed, as well as to fix the steering controls. At the start, they were very communicative, and was able to get my car into the shop relatively quickly. With the speed of the work and how nice they were when we interacted, I was very pleased so I decided to give a more than expected tip. But as I picked up the car, I was informed that there was only a portion that was able to get finished, the speakers and the steering controls. Which the main reason that pointed me to Coach was to get the remote start for my wife. I had to schedule another day to bring the car in for that next Friday and I had to take more time off to take the car in, and pick it up after work. When I left from picking it up the first time, the steering controls were a bit finicky and would work on and off, as well as skip a couple songs at a time but I assumed that maybe itll fix itself because it really didnt happen often enough to make it a big deal.
The original work was done in August of 2022, and as time passed, through winter, the battery had died. Everything before this was working great aside from the still finicky steering controls. When I replaced the battery the remote start went out and would now flash all of the lights in the car when I tried to start it remotely. So I called to see if they could check it out and I was told that I need to tell them exactly what it going on before we could schedule anything. Why would you trust me with exactly what I would tell you is wrong? I tell you its not working then I bring it in so you can diagnose and fix whatever happened. Thats what you would think. I have called multiple times over the last couple months and I have had no answers, so I would leave voicemails, still nothing. I have reverted to the best way to get an answer. If you want a smooth interaction with piece of mind, then this is not the place for you.
