I have been a customer for a year and a half, they will be responsive and enthusiastic at first. But when you need to reach out for a new vehicle or policy renewals, they are no where to be found. I have left multiple voicemails and emails with zero response. When you can get ahold of them they will do the absolute bare minimum effort to correct their errors. Go literally anywhere else, they do not deserve your business. My point, exactly. It took them three months to reply to my complaint. If thats not a testament to how they do buisness. I dont know what is.

My agent is Ricky there, Ive been trying to get a hold of him for a little over 2 weeks. At first he was really helpful and always willing to answer all my questions. But with in the past month or so, I havent heard anything from him. I have called him (it goes straight to voicemail), email, even texted multiple times. There is never a return phone call or text. Its getting really annoying, and Im about to drop ANR due to the issues I have been having with Ricky. So I dont know exactly whats going on, but Id like some answers. I am VERY UNSATISFIED with my experience. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone
