Gracious Care Hospice

We are so thankful for the excellent care and capable and kind staff from Gracious Care. They gave us peace and support and information and compassion in a very difficult time. They came to see my mom every day and worked with the facility to make sure she was kept comfortable and her wishes were honored.

My husband was placed in your care over 8 years ago. I still remember the gentleness I felt as soon as walked through your doors. He passed away peacefully and I was able to sit with him for quite some time after he passed, there was never any pressure from your staff for me to leave. They listen and followed through with my directions on who was to receive him once he left your home. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your care and compassion to those at the end of their lives.

I have been providing care to frail seniors for 30 years, in different settings. During those years, I worked with many, many hospices of different sizes, and value systems. In the middle of a crisis, I referred one of my residents to GRACIOUS CARE HOSPICE, the newest hospice in town. Their nurse came and did a thorough admission on Christmas eve! They had meds delivered by the end of the day. They sent an aide next morning to give a shower to the new admission and made my resident look spectacular : hair styling, makeup, nails... as the resident's family was coming to see her from out of town Now, that's dedication! Family and caregivers couldn't be happier with the experience. Thank you Andrea, Mary, Curtis and Bree :)

Great hospices experience

We were referred to Gracious Care by Meridian Park Hospital. They worked out very well, taking excellent care of my mom for her last few days. Gracious Care did everything they said they would and I would recommend them to anyone needing hospice care. If the need arises, I wouldnt hesitate to use them again. They also have sent encouraging information on grieving every few months since Momy passed a year and a half ago. So, their after care has been more than I expected.
