Update: I am a fan of Balm again! There was a delay in them calling me about my less than stellar experience there but when they finally did they were very apologetic and helpful and they are totally making it right now. I'm sure I'll have a better experience this time around. **************************** I was a big fan of Balm West, having had 2 previous lash lift and tint experiences with them that were great, but this last time I went it was pretty mediocre. The actual session with the aesthetician was great, she was extremely nice to work with, but I don't think she really knew what she was doing...without going into too much boring detail here I will just say that I was skeptical during the treatment with the technique she was using and then afterwards when my lashes looked barely any different then when I came in (darker certainly, but definitely NOT lifted) I was extremely disappointed. I followed her instructions to the letter, keeping them as dry as I possibly could for 48 hours, so that was not the issue. I am not usually one to complain but this was an extremely different result then I have ever gotten from a lift and tint anywhere, so I contacted Balm about this by email and even sent them a picture and I got no response at all. Really bad customer service, they have lost me as a customer.

I got a lash lift and tint from Celeste and I LOVE the results! We had so much fun during the appointment and I will definitely be back again!

Sugaring services by Isabella was 10/10 experience. Kind, efficient, and gentle. Ive had sugaring other places and this was by far the best!

Got a brow lamination + tint with Devonie and they came out so beautiful! I cant stop staring at my brows, would highly recommend. :)
