Please let it be known that the one star is on the floor that was suggested I purchase. Nothing to do with staff or installation. It was suggested to me by H&W that this flooring was an exceptional value and with one of the highest durability's in flooring. WRONG! Elandura said it helded up to almost anything . . .it was commercial grade. NOT! It wasn't a cheap $$$$ product by any means. But this floor scratches, and dents extremely easy. I've had flooring replaced three times within 6 mo, one when the dishwash was removed, and twice when a contractor dropped a tool from four feet above the floor. My contractor warned me, but I thought, no, the specs said otherwise. We haven't even had this floor for a year and it's horrible. Thankfully, and wrongfully rugs will have to be placed on those areas. As soon as I can afford a new floor (newer) I am removing the Elandura. I can't imagine what my floor will look like in one year. :-{ No, I don't have high traffic, kids, in my household. Two people and a small dog. The floor gets cleaned each week or sooner if needed. But it's shows every little scratch, or dent. Because underneath the scratch there is no color, thin layers of this junk. DISAPPOINTED BIG TIME in Beaverton.

We are extremely happy with the work H & W Carpets completed on our condo! Alex was thorough and clear when initially explaining our flooring options and all the details of the process. Marv was precise with the estimate and provided valuable insight to flooring in general. The install was completed with no hiccups and exactly on schedule.
