I generally like ULTA. However, whenever I go to this branch, the things I am looking for are out of stock. Geeling disappointed at this point and not as excited about walking in.

Cashier not helpful or educated on clearance items that are supposed to be marked down. Yellow ticket items are supposed to be 90% off and cashier didnt honor.

I used to come here to get my hair cut, but with nearly every appointment I've had, something happens to it needing to be rescheduled or cancelled. The online booking system is really shoddy as it has allowed me to book with stylists who weren't available at that time, or worse - they don't know how to cut with clippers. After this last time, I'm done now. I had an appointment that had to be cancelled because the stylist wasn't actually available. Then rescheduled with a different stylist, just to be met with a sudden text saying my appointment was cancelled - no one left me a voicemail or anything explaining why my appointment was just cancelled on me. After speaking with staff there, I was assured that employee would be spoken to about not contacting me. But, I'm not sure that will actually happen. Either way, I can't wait around an extra week or 2 to get scheduled in here when I need my hair cut now, and had already been prepared for the appointment I had. They need to do better.

Ladies, let me save you the trouble. Ulta is cheaper than Sephora because they have ZERO customer service. Without going into a long story, I talked to the manager about a problem and she promised to call me back- never heard from her. I called Ulta through their app & was told ONLY the store would be told about it & given the opportunity to fix it. Never heard anything. Sent an email via the website using their form, with menu options marking that my problem was with the salon canceling my appointments. Immediately after submitting the form, I received a response saying that if I have an issue with my Ulta credit card, to call the issuing bank. Uhhhhhh, Ultawhere you at? Ladies, if I can give you some advice girl-to-girl, please dont shop at Ulta because if you do have ANY issue, you will be completely ignored- if you are even ever able to reach anyone.
