HR inbox was too full to leave a message, but I think it is important for the company to recognize their DM are sexist men. They have no respect for women of this company which I find extremely ironic given the name and history of the corporation.

Wth? Oregon City location. 10:30 am, 1 waitress, 13 tables, line of people wairing to be seated. Manager is sorting menu's. Waitress is doing her best. The manafer should be doing something besides standing around. Hire some people and pay a good wage you cheap morons. Last time i am coming here.

Did work for Sharis in Central Point, Oregon and Medford, Oregon. Back in May of 2023 and yet I still havent been paid by them they just ignore my emails and my phone calls. I am a small company trying to start my own thing and I havent got paid at all even though I put in all the money for all of the materials and fees and labor put in it. And I still havent been paid at all not even for the money I spent to get the place up and running for them. They are very good at ripping people off I already found other small businesses that did work for them too and they also got ripped off by not getting paid. I think businesses like this shouldnt be around because all they do is take advantage of the small people. I dont know if its a race thing or not but neither of the other small businesses that are also owned by Hispanic people haven got paid at all. I hope its not a race thing but thats the feeling that Im starting to get. I hope that they can reflect and pay everyone they owe money to.

Shari's Cafe Pies President & Chief Executive Officer Samuel Nicholas Borgese Shari's Management Corporation,Vickie Irish PHR ,Jodenne Scott,Eric Arthur. just let you all know that we had thanksgiving at your Salem Oregon 5005 Commercial St SE, Salem, OR 97302,. and it was GROSS!!! you NEED to do a remodel of the whole Shari's Cafe & Pies restaurant ,.. everything felt and looked dirty windows are filthy and tables sticky and old .. the whole place in Shari's Cafe & Pies is OUTDATED AND STEPPING IN TO THE 1970S ,. how is it that your don't care ??? IHOP AND DENNIS ARE ALL UPDATED IN HOUSE.. even Macdonald have upgraded the whole restaurant .. are you all just cheap or in debt ? why don't you visits this location and take GOOD LOOK and asked yourselves would i like eat here in reality ... not in a narcissistic cheap way .and shame on YOU .. you need to spend your corporate money on a REVAMP REMODEL OF ALL THE SHARI'S RESTAURANT .starting with Commercial St SE, Salem, OR 97302,. ASAP!!

If I could leave no stars I would. I made the horrible mistake of eating Thanksgiving night at the Shoreline , Wa restaurant and the whole store is falling apart outdated and dingy. I waited for over and hour after the waitress took my order to find out that our food wasn't even ready they kept taking and filling online orders meanwhile the customerssat waiting . How is the food both dry and greasy? This place was a literally disaster and dumpster fire. Please shut down the store .
