If you see good reviews of this company, it's due to the fact that they give maintenance workers a bonus when customers mention them in five star reviews. The maintenance workers are excellent, every other aspect is a nightmare . Do not recommend.

I live at the Cherry Hill apartments located on Milwaukee Ave in Portland, OR. I have had the pleasure of working with the Residential Relationship Manager Angela Thayer. Angela has not only been informative, but incredibly patient in the predicament that my family found itself it in. She was kind, tender, and walked me through every process that needed to take place in these tough times that the whole Globe is going through during this Pandemic. Had it not been for her help, I am not sure where I would be right now. I have had much loss in my life, and she is a bright light, reminding me of what is truly precious in every waking hour. Thank you Angela, for all you do. It is people like you that make people like me not give up.

Bluestone sent out Israel Horton for repairs around my house and he did an excellent job. He repaired things around my house quickly, efficiently, and with a great attitude.
