        Just be aware they won't deal with you unless you bring them 1k$+ . I came in with 10k/14k gold (4-500$ value) and was told "well it would take about 40 minutes to use the machine... bla bla.. so we'll pass". I said thank you and left. So just for people to be aware you may just not get service. They said my dollar ammount was too low.... very weird for a shop that claims to buy and sell gold. Very small shop decent atmosphere. 2/5

        Great customer service! I was in a few months ago looking for specific 1 oz silver coins, but they didn't have any at the time. I left with a couple other items at a really good price and also left my name and phone number along with my list, and asked for a call should anything come in. Well I came in yesterday and Randy went to the back and came out with a tray of silver coins from my list that he had set aside for me!!! He said he called me 2 weeks ago, I checked my phone and he had, I just missed it, but he still kept the coins for me!! Thanks again Randy, for going above and beyond!!! -Alexa

      As I stated while you were in t the shop, I was not buying scrap metals as I was closing the shop for a time. I did mention that some shops have a minimum purchase, I may have mentioned I like to say around $100 as a minimum, but primarily buy scrap as part of a larger coin collection as scrap metals are not a focus of the business. I believe you were referred to a shop that would take your review your chain and charm, then you left the business. Completing the required paperwork, photos and thumbprint in Beaverton takes about 40-45 minutes before the transaction can be complete. I do buy and sell bullion gold as a part of the business, but noy jewelry or scrap as a main part of the operation. I do not know where you saw that I take jewelry, if you can pooint me to that site I will have that corrected.
