They use Longbottom roasters and Monin syrups. Their baristas are careful and consistent. Shots are not pulled too long... overall great coffee and worth the wait when they get busy. Their bagel sandwiches are good too, although I'd avoid the guacamole topping as I suspect it was store bought prepacked and a bit bitter. They'd be better off slicing fresh avocados or making theirown guac, to match the quality of everything else they make. A small flaw in an otherwise wide selection of cafe offerings. Their salads are huge!

My husband and I are opening new businesses just off of TV highway and downtown Hillsboro respectively. Definitely was looking for a good locally owned coffee shop on our drive to work and stopped in today. The owner is incredibly nice and she's got a really cute shop and a really great setup. The coffees on tap are spectacular options. I went with the lighter roast Tanzanian peaberry. A great local for those of us traveling between Beaverton and Hillsboro.
