I placed a mobile order and was told on the app it would be ready for pickup and to ask for it when i arrived. I got to the store andwas told it was being worked on. My order time was moved back by 15 minutes. I watched others getting theid orders and my order was still not ready. I watched a guy place an order on his phone and got it within five minutes. After i waited for 30 minutes i finally asked for a refund. No one wanted to try and find the order. The guy calling out the orders was a bit surly the first time i asked. So disappointing

Overall Employee Organization and Attitudes were very poor. We waited 45 minutes for a 3 drink mobile order after I was told it would only be a 25 minute wait. This location is a joke and is probably why they have the lowest rating of the 4 locations in the South Beaverton corner. Will not be back or recommend.
