I love this church!! So family friendly - my entire family feels welcome, even my son with disabilities and my husband who is raised with a different religious background. Open and affirming and so warm. Its like a warm hug of a community. Those seeking social and community connection- this is the place .

I LOVE Bethel because ALL people are loved and welcome which is what Jesus told us to do. The music and preaching are excellent! We also help people in need in our community! I found my tribe after many years in other churches!

I first visited Bethel in July of 2023. From the moment I approached the church and was greeted so kindly by the members and Pastor David, I knew this was the place for me. The greeting continued after the service, being invited to the fellowship time by a different member of the church. The welcome continued after that day and continues to today. I made the decision to join Bethel right away and became a member just after Thanksgiving. I appreciate what Bethel allows me to do to serve the church and greater Beaverton community in a way that fits my talents and abilities . I appreciate the sense of belonging and family I feel when I am at church or joining an event. I would recommend Bethel to anyone looking for a church family.

Bethels biggest Welcome is that its an Open and Affirming community (accepting of all) which is what we were looking for in a church. Weve been attending now for 17 years, and over the years have seen it grow and flourish with people of all ages, backgrounds, ethnicities, etc. taking active roles in the life of the church...serving on committees, bringing new ideas about fellowship and fun, participating in our worship services through music, readings, ushering, greeting or running the sound boards. They also bring many talents in engaging our young people with wonderful activities both in Sunday School and adventures outside of church. Pastor David Randall-Bodmans sermons are thought provoking and challenging, speaking to life today. Often, a bit of humor and personal experiences are included! This is how I see and love Bethel. Come join us on Sunday at 10, so you can feel the big welcome, feel the energy (and feel as I do) blessed to be a part of this thriving and growing church!
