Outside wash was ok. Inside there was not any scent at all , that was supposed to be included, rubber carpet completely wet and no leather protectant anywhere. The tire rims were dirty. For that they charged me $31.95 plus $5. Tip that I left. I'm not happy at all.

I stopped by here on an auto shops suggestion before going in on a bigger more expensive repair. A person backed their car into the side of my brand new car the first month I had it and I was devastated. Alejandro looked at the damage and said he could fix it for $40. I was in disbelief but I figured it was worth trying for only $40 (the auto body repair would have been nearly $3,000). Sure enough after just 20 minutes he pulled my car around and the scratch was gone without a single trace. I got before and after photos too and Im just in disbelief. Now I get to pocket all the insurance money. Thank you so much!

How can customers trust businesses that don't even adhere to their own posted operating hours? It's essential for businesses to honor their published times. If for some reason they cannot, they owe it to their customers to communicate changes proactivelyperhaps even offer compensation for any inconvenience caused. It's about respecting the time and trust of customers who plan their schedules around these hours. Such neglect not only wastes time but also erodes trust and damages the business's reputation.
