Worst dealership experience ever. Good dealer that I delt with and was all set to purchase a 2020 3500 gmc from this place. When it came down to the numbers for my trade though they would only give me what I owed on it, which btw was 10k less than even blue book on my trade. When questioned was told there was no way they could give me blue book for my trade..."maybe 3k over what you owe"....well drove down the road to another GMC dealer on the same day and bought a new 2022 GMC 3500 and they gave me 17k over what I owed on my trade. I know it's all numbers but they were seriously trying to steal my trade. Glad I walked.

Do not buy a truck from this dealership. They are exactly the reason car sales people still have the stigma of being slimy. They lack integrity and refuse to take responsibility for their staff errors and lack of training. They don't value their customers at all your just a number through the door and a $ sign to them. They don't care if they have inconvenienced you through their errors and your time has no value to them. Don't give them your money find a reputable dealer that actually cares about customers and if you would return or refer. We will not recommend them! They need to understand the way they treat people matters and owning their mistakes and making them right is important in customer service.
