Purchase Groupon for my 13 yr old daughter's birthday and her best friend. I scheduled two appointments due to COVID. I took off work to take my daughter to this appointment but Katie rescheduked both appointments last minute. Even though at first she couldn't do them together, she got us an appointment back to back on the same day few weeks later. My daughter waited patiently for her birthday present only to find out that Katie canceled on us last minute again. My daughter cried all day and I lost three day of work because of her. we were cancelled THREE TIMES. Glad the girls had their hair done somewhere else on time, no reschedule.

Katie is a true artist and master stylist and colorist. I am an aesthetician and on and own and run a business, so Ive definitely got to look the part and Ive never had so many compliments on my hair!! She is extremely thorough and knowledgeable not only about what hair color and style complements your natural beauty, but how to take the best care of your hair so it is healthy and gorgeous!
