I tried calling first several times before going to ensure that they were open. No answer. I know there were two things, the weather and MLK day. I decided to go due to the hours saying it was open. I get there, there was only one lady doing nails and two employees sitting around, and two customers waiting to get their eyebrows done. They asked me what did I need and I ask for my nails to be soaked off and was told she didnt have time. I asked the customers what they were there for before I left out of curiosity. It was like 2pm so I asked when did they close out of curiosity and was told she didnt know she just dont have time. . Im giving a two stars because it was not busy and I just couldnt understand for the life of me why the hell they couldnt just pick up the phone if they decide to close early. Why not turn your sign off that you werent open or send a smoke signal lol?? I tested calling again in the parking lot just because I saw how slow they were and had available staff just sitting around, again still no answer. I hate to be the one to give a bad review and didnt get service but this yells poor customer service to me. Just my two cents. Why have a number listed if you never answer? Why have the OPEN sign on if youre closing? Makes me feel like they didnt want to provide the simple service I needed, idk how else to feel.

Well they hurry up the service and seem to be in a foul mood. They can do nails better if they put their hearts to it!.

always in a rush. your feet barely has time to soak before they get started. stopped doing my nails here a LONG time ago. Theyre always in a rush and nails are just sloppy.
