Order Number: 8231 Order Date: 8/10/2021 3:33:32 AM Total: $496.84 Order Number: 8234 Order Date: 8/12/2021 4:47:12 PM Total: $259.28 After several attempts to make contact, a representative of the company has stated twice that my parts (which are paid in full including shipping) would be sent out, they still have not been received. There has been no contact for two weeks. I have contacted others regarding this via online forum and several people are having the same issue. I can understand if they are simply out of the office for a few weeks, but answer the phone, return emails, provide the parts that have been paid for or return my money if you cant.
