Words fall short to describe how amazing of an experience I had with this shop. From the moment I stepped in to get an estimate to the moment I got my keys back everyone always treated me amazingly.
Alexa always maintained constant communication with me. My car was given back to me absolutely impeccable. 10/10 customer service without a doubt.
I would recommend this place to anyone that wants quality work done to their vehicles, I feel really safe knowing this shop did an amazing work on my car.

When I got in a little fender bender, Beaverton Auto Body took great care of me and my car. I feel like they went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. Excellent customer service and a quick turnaround!

Held on to my car for a month and then called me and told me there was a parts shortage and they had no idea when parts would be available. I had to call around and locate parts for my car to get them on track and moving again. This is a late model toyota corolla. Nothing special. It took forever to get my car back and when I took it for regular service the dealership said it was out of alignment. Something a mechanic would have caught that I did not - IF YOU GET A BID FROM THESE PEOPLE BEWARE THEY DO NOT DO ALIGNMENTS AS A REGULAR PRACTICE ON MOST CARS INCLUDING THOSE WITH 6 THOUSAND DOLLARS WORTH OF REAR END DAMAGE. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THEM ADD THE ALIGNMENT TO THE BID IF YOU DECIDE that you want them to repair/hold on to your car for a couple months. Don't assume that your car is actually road ready and aligned correctly when they tell you "Your car is ready". Services: Painting, Body & Trim
