Cambridge Crossing Apartments

The children here are so loud. You can't even sleep until 10:00 at night in the summers. The apartment complex staff does nothing to solve it and it's one of the loudest places I've ever been. Homeless people roam through the grounds at night, dig out of the trash cans. Check car handles to see if they can get in. There's an extended stay behind here and we get a lot of foot traffic from there. I wouldn't recommend this for someone who wants a peaceful, quiet life free from nuisance...

I lived at this complex for a couple of years since I was a contractor at Nike. I recognize leasing office staff being friendly and responsive with any inquire. The maintenance folks are efficient and quick. As others reviews mentioned, premises at this place are kinda of old (makes me feel back to the 90's) and if with some luck you can find better places for a similar price if you are able to find a good deal. Also, noisy. Kids screaming and running around makes sometime uncomfortable. One of the neighbors worked to late in the night (1 - 2 am ish) and I usually heard them which was really annoying. All in all, not a bad place, but not as top as you can find in the area.

Overall good value for the area. Not the most shiny and new, but everything works and for the price its pretty great. Pros: Maintenance requests are addressed quickly. Packages delivered through some mail carriers are really secure (office holds them until you pick up, but Amazon/UPS/FedEx will sometimes leave outside your door for smaller packages). Super nice office staff! They have family friendly events some months (drawing contests, card making supplies for Mothers/Fathers Day, etc.). Recently got serious about dog waste so grassy areas are looking nicer. No crazy neighbors from what Ive seen, everyones pretty nice. Cons: If you need a constantly quiet place, maybe not the place for you: theres a lot of families and kids playing in the summer. That said, its not like theres late night ragers, so its mostly contained to daylight hours. Somewhat thin walls, but expected in any older apartment buildings Some of the kitchens are kind of dated with cabinetry/dishwashers.
