Victory Flats at Elmonica Station Apartments

i just moved here & im already liking it. spacious 2 bedroom with a laundry room, patio, island in the kitchen, semi-wood floors, carpets in every room. the bathroom is literally a room itself! & they do not jack up your rent like other places do. the office people have been very polite since the day we moved in. im glad to be a resident at Victory Flats

Lived here for one year and everything went smoothly. Communication was great, neighbors were mostly quiet, and public transport super close and convenient. Would have loved to stay longer if I could!

Even though we haven't lived here long! It has been great! I think this is the only apartment around here that actually has AC! They are modern with tons of space! They have a full washer/dryer in the units an actual laundry room, a patio, extra storage, and more! We have not had any issues here and if anything ever needs to be fixed the maintenance people come fast and are fast. The office people are great as well. We love living here.

Nice, quiet complex. The 3 bedroom apartment is very spacious and has great features. Maintenance is very quick to fix any issues. I dont pay for parking but rarely have any issues finding a good spot which is nice.The only thing I dont like is that you have to go to the leasing office (during business hours only) to get USPS packages.
