I currently rent through them...I've called so many times about them having someone fix our shower drain and it's been almost a month and nothing, not to mention the hot water recently went out and all they could say is "our plumber is backed up" as a result of that I cannot do my dishes nor take a shower like a human being (:. I also called about transferring into another unit that is in shape they said "we'll get back to you" never did and decided to put the unit up on the website for rent. Definitely will not go through them again or tell people about them.

The application process and high brow attitude of employees is offense I am in hud have 1700.00 a month disability Guarantee monthly check never been evicted in my life yet after taking my nonrefundable application fee told me I had to get city tags for my 17 year old service dog waste of money I not even live in Baker city and their inability to contact my previous landlord that I resided five years at t,hey denied me a 62 year old great grandma disabled woman veteran what ann insult and outrage and discarceful way to run a rental business I wish I could give them five minus stars and that would still be more than they are do not think of wasting time money and be belittled made me fill out application twice said couldn't read not neat enough most ludercrous treatment and method of operating a business I have ever encountered Shane shame shame unjustified

Thank you Christina for helping me come home! :) I was able to purchase my home from another state, and work with a mortgage broker. Christina made sure that I was represented at all times. I was her priority...passionately! Thank you again.
