Before traveling over to my mum's we decided to get some coffee. We are always on the look out for good espresso.
Well folks, let me encourage you to go to Blue Schorcher Bakery & Cafe if you are looking for wonderful coffee - simply the best in town!
In their cookie jar, piled on top of each other were these inviting Cosmos Cookies - celiac friendly - my husband cannot have oats as he becomes catatonic. To be clear, gluten free oats, simply means it is not packaged in a gluten free environment and that is all.
Back to those 'morsels of goodness'!
YES! It was pure GOODNESS and did not lie heavy in the tummy.
When my memory of that trip to Astoria comes to mind, I think of delicious espresso and Cosmos cookies. OH YUM!
