They have been very polite, and are handling closing efficiently since the first deposit delay. Adding 2 stars.

I just wanted to say how fabulous the ladies at Amerititle were during my purchase. They went above and beyond with their customer service to help my purchase go very smoothly and were thorough and clear in effectively communicating all the necessary details. Marion, Kimberly, and the entire team just did an absolutely wonderful job, and I could not be happier with the result. Truly thankful for all of their help!

I was so disappointed with the service I received in general from Amerititle in Ashland.
I had used them for years and had excellent service, but the staff has all changed and
maybe they are just not up to snuff yet? Hope it improves.
