Buying a house from states away requires putting a lot of faith in your agent! I had a great experience with Jeffrey and would highly recommend him to anyone local or remote. He went above and beyond to understand my goals, provide insight about the market and my options, and give me additional resources for starting my life in a new city. When it came time to negotiate, he was both in my corner and completely fair and ethical. A true member of a tight community.

Robynne and Jeffrey were excellent to work with as Sellers Agents for our recent home sale. They took the time when we were ready to start the process to give us fair and objective evaluations of our home, and suggested improvements that may enhance the home's value, but allowing us to make the final decisions. Roby ne provided great advice for establishing the selling price and staging our home for showing. Something to note - during some critical negotiations with the buyers and their agent, Robynne and Jeffrey were very supportive and objective in the pros and cons of the negotiations on our behalf. This Spring Jeffrey sold my deceased brother's home in Central Point OR. Jeffrey and I met at the house a few times then I returned to my home in Ohio. He couldn't have been more helpful to me! He contacted contractors to remove items from the house, clean it, paint it and take care of the lawn. Jeffrey constantly kept me informed on the preparations for sale of my brother's home and sent me photos. Due to his knowledge of prepping and pricing homes, my brother's home sold quickly and at market price. He emailed all contracts to me and went over every small detail before I signed them. I'm forever grateful for Jeffrey's experience, knowledge, professionalism, compassion and kindness during that difficult time in my life. Thank you, Jeffrey!!
